Today's Guest on 'Intrepid Wisdom' is the lovely Tamara Donn, who is an EFT Practitioner Trainer and Family Constellator, based in the UK.

EFT, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping, is an incredible tool which essentially tackles any emotional blockages, dis-ease or dis-harmony, in the body, mind and soul. Tamara also works with 'Family Constellations', which she explains has helped her to understand occurrences in her own life, which would have been ordinarily unexplainable.

In this episode Tamara actually demonstrates an EFT session, in less than 5 minutes!! That's less than 5 minutes of tapping every day, to bring about huge shifts and change in your life now.... All that's stopping you from change is taking the first step, and practice.
